Your path to serenity, security, and inner peace begins with a clear first step. Here's how it works:

  1. Select a date & prepare. Click the registration button to go directly to my calendar. There, you'll select your preferred date for our conversation. You'll then be asked a few short questions. Please take a moment to answer them in advance. This will help me prepare optimally and allow us to make the most of our time together in your mini-coaching session (approximately 30-45 minutes)—which will take place via Google Meet—efficiently and in-depth.
  2. Dive in together. We'll meet at a time agreed upon via Google Meet. You'll have a safe space where you can feel safe and heard. Together, we'll take a mindful look at your topic.
  3. Clarity & Your Next Step: After our conversation, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of your current situation and your deepest heart's desires. You'll receive a clear impulse that shows you what your truly next, most effective step is—for a life that feels exactly the way you want it to.
