About me

Find serenity where your mind no longer sees logic.

For you - and for a free life that you can give to yourself and your children

The same situations and feelings over and over again?

Do you know that feeling? You sit there, trying to understand yourself, but something is happening inside you that defies all logic. Emotions overwhelm you, and suddenly you find yourself in situations where you feel small and helpless.

Then again, you feel a wild force, an impulse to break out, to speak your truth—and immediately fear rises: Am I "too much" now? Will I still be loved if I rebel? What if I don't live up to all the expectations?

You feel like Alice in Wonderland: just too small to grab the key from the table.

The next moment too big to go through the small door.

Your mind searches for answers, but where the deep longing lies, you simply can't move forward. Invisible threads are pulling at you, sabotaging your life's dance.

But this confusion isn't your fault. You're not alone!

Because you feel this deep longing within you:

  • Finally free and completely at peace with yourself.
  • Go through life calmly, no matter what happens.
  • Be a clear beacon for your children, showing them that emotional baggage and trauma do not have to be passed on to future generations.

Your vision isn't just a dream. It's within reach.

Leave the repetitive loops behind. Your life is waiting to be lived by you – free from the old shackles worn by generations before you. For you. For them. For everyone.

“Who are you?” asked the caterpillar.

Alice replied rather shyly:

"I—I'm not sure, sir, at least not at the moment—at least I know who I was when I got up this morning; but I must have been swapped several times since then."

What does this have to do with me?

Maybe you're wondering how I came to know about invisible threads, illogical feelings, and cross-generational patterns?

Quite simply: Because I have experienced all of this firsthand, in my own practice and in working with many clients.

My mother carried a deep resentment against her own mother for decades.

A (family) story of our own that is too complex to tell here now.

After many sleepless nights, long conversations with me, and writing her memoirs, a miraculous moment occurred at her mother's grave. Suddenly, she was able to let go of the old, painful anger toward my grandmother and forgive her.

When a real sense of relief became noticeable in our family, it was the first real proof for me of how much power lies in healing the ancestral line.

My life has been full of twists and turns, puzzles, and also very special moments that have led me to what I do today.

Even as a little girl, I felt a connection to my deceased German grandparents. Even though I never met them, I had the feeling they were there, watching over me.

This contact intensified later when I had a miscarriage.

But I also had the feeling early on of being "different," of being "too much," and of "not really belonging." It started in kindergarten.

For me, this pain was a stark contrast to the unconditional love and security I knew from my parents and from Sardinia, my mother's homeland.

Even today, I still feel that freedom there, that I can simply be myself.

In Sardinian costume with my grandma.

In my previous job as sales manager.

Professionally, I spent a long time searching for what truly fulfilled me. Because there were always challenges, especially with superiors.

For years, my mind was constantly busy trying to understand and control everything. But the real solution didn't lie in my mind.

This only really became clear to me during my coaching training:

Many of my blockages didn't originate from me at all. They were burdens I unconsciously inherited from my ancestors, or defense mechanisms I developed in childhood to avoid showing myself vulnerable. All stored in my subconscious.

That's why my work isn't superficial coaching. I'll get to the root of your challenges with you. When your mind can't get any further, we'll make the invisible visible. I'll create a trauma-sensitive space for you where you're absolutely safe, so you can truly feel and let go. That's my promise to you.

You can only achieve the impossible if you believe it is possible

- The Mad Hatter

Who is right in my Wonderland - and who is not

I love working with profound people who...

...feel that there is more than their mind could ever explain.

... have the courage and inner willingness to look at their roots in order to lovingly release old burdens.

... finally want to spend some carefree time at the family table or with friends without having to compromise.

... already have experience in personal development and would like to further deepen and refine what they have achieved.

If you expect someone else to "magic it all away" or take responsibility for your healing, then I'm not the right person for you. We'll get to the root of the issue together, but you'll take on the process of feeling and letting go yourself – gently, safely, and mindfully, at your own pace, guided by me.

Is this the depth you're looking for? Then let's talk. I'll show your soul the way to the place that truly feels like home.

Let's talk

What does 'IntuWonderland' actually stand for?

“IntuWonderland” is not a random name.

For me, it's the bridge between everything that sometimes feels intangible and the truth that lies deep within you.

"Intu" stands for intuition, for the unconscious, your inner guidance, and for my intuitive insight, which goes beyond the purely logical. It is the language of your heart, your soul, and your gut. And I will help you hear and understand this inner voice again.

"Wonderland" is your inner universe—your subconscious. Sometimes it's chaotic like a crazy tea party, sometimes confusing like a labyrinth with no exit, yet still full of wonderful, fantastic feelings, images, and surprises.

This is where your deepest influences and your greatest potential reside. Everything that truly defines you!

For me, "Alice in Wonderland" is more than a story. It's full of metaphors about life: We are all Alice, who sometimes feels too small or too big, searching for her own path, and experiencing healing insights and special adventures.

And me? I'm your Cheshire Cat, who will show you the way. Sometimes enigmatic, but always with a smile that encourages you to continue exploring your inner wonderland and find your own personal freedom there.

IntuWonderland is the space where the impossible becomes possible, the unconscious becomes conscious and the intangible finally becomes tangible.

But who are you, Tatjana?

Well, there's a little more information on top!

Besides my passion for ancestral lines, feelings, and the subconscious, there's a lot more that defines me and makes me smile:

I love to immerse myself in worlds

Especially in dark stories by Stephen King, funny, profound books or those with whom I have something learn about it can (yes, I like reading five books at the same time!).

I also like to dive into dramatic series and films one that is on true events based on.

My "Guilty Pleasure" is there, then for hours to research to find out more about the background.

Greetings from ADHD and scanner personality!

Speaking of worlds...

I am absolutely fascinated by other countries and cultures. The desire to discover has already taken me on tours through Japan and Thailand (Mexico is at the top of my bucket list).

I enjoy visiting archaeological sites and wondering how people lived back then – dates are of secondary importance.

And even if I have a absolute failure in geography and I am always surprised to find: "Oh, so this is where it is!" , I love seeing, tasting and experiencing new things.

With me you will not only find...

Wonderland metaphors and books, but also a entire display case full of bizarre and scary dolls – the scary version of the Cheshire Cat couldn’t be missing!

This Kitsch with a spooky touch I love it, as long as Chucky doesn't wander around my living room on his own. 😅

By the way...

In my head lives rent-free A huge playlist with song lyrics from various genres and languages. 🎶

From My Chemical Romance, Italo hits and German pop music to hits from the 50s - 90s and Die Ärzte, almost everything is there 😅.

Songs often serve as a personal timeline for me:

For many of them, I can pinpoint exactly which memory I associate with them and what year it was.

I like to be...

among people, but I also need my time and places to retreat to in order to recharge.

And even if I power through for hours can – 15 hours drive to Italy on one buttock is a piece of cake – I love my sleep. And fast cars. My secret dream is a Nissan GT-R.

Yes, also because of Paul Walker. 😍

What makes me furious?

Definitely intolerance, racism, and someone who chronically sees only the negative in everything. I believe in the power of solutions, not complaining.

What makes me laugh, however, is:

Dry and often absurdly funny humor. Whether it's a pun like "Knoten-Knut" or the comedy of life itself – I've laughed until I cried at things that others might have just shaken their heads at.

At the end of the day, what matters to me is:

Even in the most difficult times, laughter should never be missing.

Which path you take depends on where you want to go – the Cheshire Cat already knew that.
Does your path lead to me?
